Two participation formats. Remaining space for 2026 is limited — the floor plan and current availability come with your proposal.

Shell Scheme

INR 22,000 / sqm + applicable taxes

Standard minimum area 9 sqm
System stand with fascia name board
Carpet, furniture set and lighting
1 power point
Daily cleaning and security

Bare Space

On Request minimum 18 sqm

For custom-built stands
Exhibitor appoints own stand contractor
Utilities (power, water, compressed air) charged separately
Stand design subject to organiser approval
Contact the sales team for the bare-space tariff and international (USD) rates

International exhibitors: USD tariffs, pavilion participation and payment routing (including LKR payment via PRISL for Sri Lankan companies) are confirmed with your proposal — contact the sales team.
