Space is confirmed on receipt of the signed booking form and payment per the agreed schedule. Stand locations are allocated by the Organiser considering booking date, size and floor design.
Tariffs are as published or as quoted in the proposal, plus applicable taxes. Participation may be withheld and space reallocated if payments are not received by their due dates. Payment routing for Sri Lankan companies (including LKR payment via PRISL where applicable) is confirmed at booking.
Bare-space stand designs require Organiser approval. Exhibitors must comply with BMICH venue rules, build-up and breakdown schedules, and safety requirements. Demonstrations must be conducted safely with required guarding.
Exhibits remain the exhibitor's responsibility at all times. Exhibitors must carry adequate insurance for exhibits, staff and third-party liability. Complimentary machine handling is provided per published conditions.
Cancellation charges apply per the booking form schedule. The Organiser may relocate, reschedule or cancel the event for reasons beyond its control; remedies are limited per the booking terms.
Exhibitor details may be used in the show catalogue, website and promotion. Visitor data access is provided per the published show data policy and applicable law.
